Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Creative Execution - Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for Amazon Music India while adhering to brand animation principles - Design and animate social media content, promotional videos, and in-app experiences - Develop motion design systems and animation guidelines - Ensure consistency in motion language across platforms Project Management - Coordinate with Marketing & Global Motion Design teams - Manage multiple animation project timelines and deliverables - Support process optimization for motion design workflow

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field - 3+ years of experience in Graphic and Motion Design - Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile Graphic design & Motion skills - Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams
- Technical Proficiency: Must Have: - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - Figma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Nice to Have: - Blender - 3D animation skills
