**Job Description: Front Office Cum Admin**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and provide necessary administrative support.
- Handle courier services, both incoming and outgoing, and maintain logs.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and leave management.
- Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can ensure efficient office operations while maintaining a positive environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
