*Responsibilty*:
Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handling enquiries and sorting mail
Social media postings and watch
Copying, scanning and filing documents
Keeping track of office Visitors, employees, supplies and placing orders for replacements

*Education and professional qualifications*:
Degree or Diploma or equivalent certificate in hospitality and hotel administration or Air acedmy preferred. Fresher can apply

Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of computer, MS office and Social Media.
