Job Overview: A Graphic Designer and Illustrator is responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and illustrations to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate clients and consumers. They combine art and technology to create visually appealing graphics and illustrations across various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding design trends, and using creative software tools to produce high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design:Develop creative ideas and concepts for various projects, such as logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, illustrations, infographics, and more.
Translate ideas into visual representations that effectively communicate the intended message or story.

Illustration and Visual Creation:Create original illustrations, drawings, and digital artwork using both traditional and digital techniques.
Incorporate illustration into design projects to enhance visual appeal and convey messages effectively.

Branding and Identity:Maintain and adhere to established brand guidelines while creating designs that align with the brand's identity and values.
Design logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements that represent the brand accurately.

Collaborative Work:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Software Proficiency:Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and manipulate visual assets.

Digital and Print Media:Design graphics for both digital platforms (websites, social media, apps) and print media (brochures, posters, flyers).
Ensure designs are optimized for various mediums and maintain their quality across different formats.

Research and Trends:Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the work remains fresh and relevant.
Research competitors and industry trends to create designs that stand out.

Time Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within established timeframes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and illustration work.
- Proficiency in graphic design and illustration software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visual designs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Adaptability to changing design trends and project demands.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
