Architectural Bim Modeler

Switzel International is a globally recognized firm specializing in integrated architecture, engineering, and digital project delivery. With a strong presence across the Middle East, we are looking to expand our BIM production team in our **Lahore office** by hiring skilled **Architectural BIM Modelers (ARC)** to support large-scale regional and international projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed **Architectural BIM models in Revit**, aligned with project requirements and standards.
- Translate design drawings and concepts into **accurate, coordinated 3D models**.
- Generate high-quality **shop drawings, schedules, sections, and details** from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with the **BIM Execution Plan (BEP)**, modeling standards, and naming conventions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure model integration and clash resolution.
- Support design revisions, RFIs, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Architects, and Engineers in **local and global teams**.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and version control of all model files.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in architectural BIM modeling using **Revit**.
- Proficient in **Revit, AutoCAD**, and familiar with **Navisworks** for coordination.
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction practices, and BIM standards.
- Knowledge of **BIM 360** and **ISO 19650** workflows is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience on **Middle East projects** is highly preferred.
