**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Support**:

- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation activities.
- Help in preparing financial statements and balance sheets under supervision.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain documentation, including filing, organizing, and archiving records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.

**Client Coordination**
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve inquiries related to billing, payments, and other financial matters.
- Provide clients with information on documentation requirements and follow up on pending issues.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry for financial transactions and other records.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders as required.
- Update and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

**Compliance Support**
- Support in monitoring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and inspections.

**General Assistance**
- Provide support to other team members on ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and increased efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations is a plus.

**Working Hours**:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
