**Position Summary**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively reach target audiences and drive brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer segments.
- Create detailed marketing plans that outline activities, timelines, and budgets.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- **Content Creation**:

- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media profiles, and online advertising.
- Optimize digital campaigns for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Track and report on digital marketing metrics, using data to inform future strategies.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and manage partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and evaluate the success of events.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and track marketing interactions.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
