**Role: Business Development**

**Designation: Business development Manager**

**Reporting to: Regional Head**

**Job description**

Developing a trust worthy relationship with Modern Trade Accounts.

Developing a complete understanding of major account needs.

Acquiring thorough knowledge of market needs and requirements.

Ensuring correct products and services are delivered to the retail stores in the given time frame.

Play an integral part in creating relationship and generating new sales and make them turn into long lasting relationship.

Resolve the issues raised by the retail stores and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust.

Will be responsible to create and lead your own team.

Creating long term strategies with the retail stores

Closely operating with other departments involved with the accounts.

**Job Requirements**:
Good Relations across the MT stores and key Retail persons.

Understanding of Brand Share of shelf maintenance and availability across market.

Account wise target achievement Growth planning on a monthly basis.

Fill Rate Adherence and Forecast analysis on a monthly basis.

**Eligibility**

Minimum Experience in establishing modern trade sales channel for reputed brands with 8 years

Must be graduate.

Strong communication skills as well as interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with the professionals of other organisations.

Strong ability in problem solving and negotiations.

Age should be below 40 years.

Experiences in handling institutional sales will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
