Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for human resource management? We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our team at HCI, a leading brand of Massage Chairs and massagers

**Responsibilities**:
HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

PF and ESI Management:
Manage end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) processes, including timely contributions, withdrawals, and claims processing.
Ensure compliance with PF regulations and address employee queries related to PF matters.
Administer Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Policy Implementation:
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with PF and ESI regulations.
Stay updated on changes in PF and ESI laws and regulations, and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Employee Benefits Administration:
Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including PF, ESI, and other welfare measures.
Educate employees on the benefits available and assist in addressing related inquiries.
Compliance and Audits:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PF and ESI regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities within specified timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive with a focus on PF and ESI administration.
In-depth knowledge of Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance regulations.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
