**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ability to handle organic modelling, including modelling, creating textures, Lighting, rig and animate using 3DS Max, SketchUp, V-ray, Corona, Lumion and D5 Render
- Should have excellent visualizing skills, and creative touch to judge the proportions and develop photo realistic life like renderings for all types of Architectural services landscape modelling and plantation.
- Should have worked as a team, dealing with residential, commercial, hospitality etc., on both interior and exterior tasks at least 3 years, also able to work individually and in collaboration with other team of Architects.
- Working exposure to high-end furniture modeling tasks and design projects with latest emerging design processes.
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp / VRay / Corona / Lumion / D5 Render and Photoshop
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Must able to visualise lovely landscape and plantation.
- The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
- The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media
- Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
- A keen eye for detail, composition.
- 3-12+ years of experience working for Architectural 3D Walkthrough Rendering.
- Good hands-on experience on - 3D software like 3DS Max, SketchUp, Vray, Corona, Lumion, D5 Render etc.
- Must have good knowledge of Hyper Photorealistic Rendering (Exterior & Interior), Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Post Production
- Expert in Exterior, Interior Rendering, Virtual Tours, Pano 360 images and Rendering.
- Able to research on new plugins and way to create hyper realism images.
- Research on new software like unreal engine, Lumion, corona render etc. as required.
- Outstanding individual and team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
- A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by your manager
