**Our Work Culture**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Counsel students over the phone, providing guidance on suitable programs and courses.
- Handle 100-120 calls per day, including fresh calls, follow-ups, and feedback calls from the provided database.
- Identify students’ skills, interests, and career goals.
- Maintain and manage data of all registered students, including visa status updates.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Ability to multitask, adapt to an online counselling process, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with students and universities.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a bonus.
