**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement of Materials**: Identify, source, and purchase construction materials, tools, and other supplies required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- **Supplier Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure they remain within project budgets and find cost-saving opportunities.
- **Vendor Selection**: Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery times. Ensure suppliers adhere to the company’s standards and compliance requirements.
- **Order Management**: Create and manage purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure adequate inventory of materials for current and future project needs, and minimize waste.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Keep accurate records of all purchases, supplier contracts, and order deliveries. Prepare regular procurement reports for management.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the construction, real estate, or related industry.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes. Familiarity with project management timelines and budgeting is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (ERP systems).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle urgent procurement needs and resolve supply issues effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, order management, and reporting.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work within tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
