**Dispatch Executive - Material Receipts & Dispatch - MALE CANDIDATE**

**LOCATION: NOIDA**

**Opening for an experienced Dispatch executive for material receipts & dispatch of Materials.**

**House for 2-4 Years.**

**Expected skill set includes - Inventory Monitoring, FIFO, Data Entry Skills, MIS Preparation and**

**collation of Dispatch details Pan India.**
- **Supervise unloading of goods as per invoice receipts from customer.**:

- **Counting of received materials (physical receipt).**:

- **Highlighting Short receipts, excess receipts and reporting discrepancies.**:

- **MIS/ledgers to be maintained and updated daily.**:

- **Monitor Non-Moving, Slow Moving items and control receipts accordingly.**:

- **Monthly/Quarterly Physical Inventory verification.**:

- **Support packing and dispatch function with material traceability.**:

- **Be responsive on phone calls.**:

- **Collect Delivery Receipts/Acknowledgements/POD for supplied goods.**:

- **Ensure good housekeeping at warehouse.**:

- **Can maintain the multiple orders at one time.**:
**Requirements**:

- **Good Computer Skills**:

- **Working knowledge of inventory management.**:

- **Responsiveness to customer demands and inventory management skills**:

- **Willingness to work in rotational shifts**:

- **Reliable and trustworthy**:

- **Acquainted to work under Stress**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 4 years (preferred)
