Data Entry Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents.
- Perform regular data cleansing to ensure data integrity and eliminate duplications or errors.
- Retrieve and compile data from various sources as needed.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data entry procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and security.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field are a plus.
- Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and calculations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
