**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive growth and increase online sales.
- Monitor and track campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Use growth hacking techniques to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Ensure seamless integrations with third-party apps to maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and assets that are aligned with business goals.
- Continuously test and experiment with different marketing tactics to improve results.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and delivering measurable results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in boosting sales in an e-commerce site.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and improving net online sales.
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking techniques and third-party app integrations.
- Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
