Tgt/pgt- Art and Craft

**Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a dynamic and comprehensive curriculum for art and craft classes, aligned with educational standards.

2. **Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive art and craft classes for students of varying skill levels.
- Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and express their artistic abilities.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance.

4. **Individualized Instruction**:

- Identify and address the unique needs of individual students, providing additional support or challenges as necessary.

5. **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and supervise art-related extracurricular activities, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Encourage students to participate in inter-school competitions and events.

6. **Classroom Management**:

- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Enforce discipline while fostering a supportive and encouraging environment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field with B.Ed.
- Master's degree in Fine Arts or related field with B.Ed.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
