**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**:

- Create original furniture designs based on client needs, market trends, and brand identity.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D models to visualize design concepts.
- **Design Execution**:

- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for production.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ensure designs meet ergonomic, safety, and functional standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
- Present designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- **Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into designs.
- Explore innovative solutions to enhance product functionality and reduce environmental impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in furniture design or a related industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp.
- Exceptional sketching, 3D modeling, and prototyping skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in design is a plus.
