We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to join our creative team. If you're a skilled editor with a keen eye for detail and a flair for visual storytelling, we want you to be part of our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal use.
- **Motion Graphics and Effects**: Create engaging motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance videos.
- **Color Grading and Correction**: Ensure high-quality visual output by adjusting color, contrast, and lighting in videos using Premiere Pro and other tools.
- **Audio Editing**: Sync audio with video, edit soundtracks, add sound effects, and ensure the final output is clear and of professional quality.
- **Graphic Design**: Utilize Photoshop to create and manipulate still images, thumbnails, and other graphic elements for video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and vision. Implement feedback to meet project specifications.
- **Content Optimization**: Tailor videos for different platforms (social media, YouTube, etc.), ensuring that each video is optimized for audience engagement and platform requirements.
- **Timely Delivery**: Manage and meet project deadlines, ensuring high-quality edits are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro**: Strong editing skills and a solid understanding of Premiere Pro features, shortcuts, and editing workflows.
- **Expertise in Adobe After Effects**: Ability to create motion graphics, animations, and integrate special effects into videos.
- **Experience with Adobe Photoshop**: Competence in using Photoshop to design and enhance visual elements for video production.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong creative and artistic skills to bring fresh, engaging ideas to the editing process and elevate the overall production value.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and incorporate feedback into the editing process.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your editing and motion graphics skills (preferably with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in [industry type, e.g., advertising, social media marketing, film production, etc.].
- Familiarity with video formats and resolutions for different platforms.
