Our company is looking for a Telecaller to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product and service information to customers;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors;
- Research required information using available resources;
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
- Escalating customer feedback as required;
- Identifying decision makers and making customer profiles and presentation skills;
- Coordinating with Direct Sales team;
- Analyze Potential Markets;
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
- A strong commitment to customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate with Excellent communication, Interpersonal Skills and writing skills
- Freshers and Passouts Can also apply
- Convincing to clients and make them come to walk-in
- Strong communication power
- The person should have handled Computers/Internet;
- Languages : English, Hindi.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
