**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Write compelling ad copy, test variations (A/B testing), and optimize ads for maximum ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics; adjust strategy accordingly
- Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement
- Collaborate with the SEO, design, and content teams for cohesive strategy
- Stay updated with PPC trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)
- Strong knowledge of **Google Analytics (GA4)**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Search Console**:

- Experience with platforms like **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**, **LinkedIn Ads**, etc.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools**:SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, **Ubersuggest**, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements PPC
- Good command over Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads & Google Analytics Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Agency experience is a plus
