We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operational Assistant to support our busy radiology center. In this role, you'll assist with patient flow, administrative tasks, and operational support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with patient registration and check-in processes.
- Providing clear and concise instructions to patients.
- Helping to ensure patient comfort and address basic inquiries.
- Helping with patient transport within the facility.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Handling phone calls and correspondence.
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of departmental supplies.

**Operational Assistance**:

- Observing and assisting technologists and radiologists with various procedures.
- Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms and equipment.
- Learning about the operation and maintenance of radiology equipment.
- Assisting with the flow of digital images.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Observing and adhering to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Assisting with quality improvement initiatives.
- Learning about and adhering to safety protocols, including radiation safety.

- Bachelor's degree
- Computer Proficiency

- Attention to Detail

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
