**Job description**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. UNDERSTAND PEB TENDER DOCUMENTS:
- REVIEW AND COMPREHEND TENDER DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY TO IDENTIFY PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

COLLABORATE WITH THE SALES TEAM TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH CLIENT EXPECTATIONS.

2. PREPARE PROJECTS INFORMATION SHEET:

- COMPILE RELEVANT PROJECT INFORMATION FROM TENDER DOCUMENTS INTO A COMPREHENSIVE PROJECTS INFORMATION SHEET.
- ENSURE ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF DATA TO FACILITATE SMOOTH PROJECT EXECUTION.

3. COORDINATE WITH DESIGN TEAM FOR ESTIMATION:

- LIAISE WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO OBTAIN PROJECT ESTIMATIONS BASED ON CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.
- COMMUNICATE PROJECT DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS EFFECTIVELY TO FACILITATE ACCURATE ESTIMATIONS.

4. PREPARATION OF QUOTATION AND COMMUNICATION:

- GENERATE DETAILED QUOTATIONS BASED ON PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATIONS.
- COORDINATE WITH THE SALES TEAM TO REVIEW AND FINALIZE QUOTATIONS BEFORE SUBMISSION TO CLIENTS.
- COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS OR INTERNAL SALES TEAM REGARDING QUOTATION DETAILS AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

5. MAINTAIN SALES TRACKING REPORT:

- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE SALES TRACKING REPORT TO MONITOR THE STATUS OF PROJECTS, QUOTATIONS, AND CLIENT INTERACTIONS.
- UPDATE THE REPORT REGULARLY WITH ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION.

6. PREPARE PROPOSAL DRAWINGS:

- ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF PROPOSAL DRAWINGS OR SKETCHES TO ILLUSTRATE PROJECT CONCEPTS AND DESIGNS.
- COLLABORATE WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO ENSURE PROPOSAL DRAWINGS MEET CLIENT EXPECTATIONS AND PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
7. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

- BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADDRESSING INQUIRIES OR CONCERNS PROMPTLY.
- ACT AS A PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THE SALES PROCESS.

8. SUPPORT SALES TEAM:

- PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE SALES TEAM, INCLUDING SCHEDULING MEETINGS, PREPARING DOCUMENTS, AND ORGANIZING SALES-RELATED ACTIVITIES.
- COLLABORATE WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND OBJECTIVES.

9. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT WITHIN THE SALES COORDINATION FUNCTION AND PROPOSE SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS.
- STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES RELATED TO PEB CONSTRUCTION AND SALES COORDINATION.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
