Job Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set therapy goals.
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions using age-appropriate methods.
- Maintain accurate client records, including progress reports and evaluations.
- Educate and guide parents and caregivers on effective home-based support techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members, including occupational therapists and special educators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration.
- Prior experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.
