**Overview**:
As a Mechanical CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Your expertise in machining operations will contribute to the production of high-quality components within specified tolerances.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Configure and set up CNC machines based on job specifications.
- Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations as per engineering drawings.
- **Tooling and Material Handling**:

- Select and install appropriate tooling for machining processes.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components from CNC machines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor machine operations to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Perform routine checks and inspections on machined parts.
- **Program Understanding**:

- Interpret CNC programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to minimize downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and interpreting CNC programs.
- Knowledge of tooling selection and machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in CNC machining or relevant technical training.

**Salary**: ₹8,709.66 - ₹24,411.52 per month
