**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ecommerce Operations**: Assist with backend management of Shopify and Magento stores, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- **Marketplace Management**: Help manage product listings, inventory, and performance metrics across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
- **Product Uploading & Optimization**: Upload and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- **Chat Support**: Provide excellent customer service through live chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Social Media Optimization**: Contribute to social media strategies by generating content ideas, posting, and engaging with our audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or BCA.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of market trends and ecommerce best practices.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
