Conduct accurate valuation of gold ornaments to determine loan eligibility.

Process and disburse gold loans efficiently as per company policies.

Ensure strict adherence to KYC, documentation, and RBI compliance.

Maintain detailed records of pledged gold and loan accounts.

Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with customers for timely payments.

Provide clear and courteous support to customers regarding loan terms, renewals, and closures.

Maintain security and proper storage of pledged gold.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Prior experience in gold loan or financial services preferred.

Strong knowledge of gold appraisal techniques.

Good communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives offered

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
