**Role & responsibilities**
- Design and analyze structural components for safety and stability
- Develop structural plans and detailed drawings
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with codes
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
- Assess material suitability and estimate project costs
- Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones
- Solve structural challenges and recommend improvements
- Review and approve structural designs
- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in structural engineering (freshers with relevant skills welcome)
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar software
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- **Location**: Based in or willing to relocate to Perundurai, SIPCOT
