**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian street foods and North Indian dishes to high standards, including Chhole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, Parathas, Tea, and Coffee.
- **Food Quality**: Ensure all dishes are made fresh and served with consistent quality and presentation.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and handling.
- **Menu Support**: Collaborate with the head chef to improve and innovate the menu offerings.
- **Time Management**: Ensure that food is prepared and served within the required time frame during busy hours.
- **Safety & Hygiene**: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a **Commi 1st Chef** or **Cook** in an Indian kitchen, with specific expertise in street food and North Indian cuisine.
- Expertise in preparing **Chhole Bhature**, **Pav Bhaji**, **Parathas**, and beverages such as **Tea** and **Coffee**.
- Knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to learn and improve culinary skills.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:

- **Working Hours**: Approx. 9-10 hours per day (based on operational needs).
- **Off Days**: 4 days off per month.
- **Paid Time Off (PTO)**: Paid time off as per company policy.
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month, based on experience.
