**Role Overview**: The Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Officer will play a pivotal role in managing UAV certification processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards, norms, and government regulations. This position requires expertise in documentation management, collaboration with regulatory bodies, and staying ahead of evolving compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Certification Leadership o Lead the Standards team in securing certifications for UAV systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies for meeting UAV standards, norms, and guidelines, including preparation of golden samples and test reports.

2. Collaboration with Regulatory Bodies o Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies such as DFI, BIS, QCI, and DGCA to facilitate certifications and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations throughout the certification process.

3. Documentation Excellence o Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of standards, test certificates, guidelines, and other essential documentation to support compliance activities.
- Implement best practices for regulatory documentation, ensuring traceability and accessibility for audits and inspections.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment o Work closely with Product Management, Quality Management, Engineering (Software, Electronics, Hardware), and Marketing teams to align compliance efforts with project goals.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance and documentation requirements.

5. Industry Trends and Training o Stay updated on emerging UAV regulations, safety standards, and certification trends to ensure Anadrone's compliance and competitive positioning.
- Conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance and documentation best practices. Skills and Qualifications

**Education**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in homologation, type certification, product compliance, or regulatory documentation management.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of test standards and protocols such as JSS, MIL, JSG, IS, and AS.

Comprehensive knowledge of UAV regulations, safety standards, and compliance processes.

Key Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with acute attention to detail. o Proficiency in managing and maintaining large documentation sets for regulatory and certification purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
