Bengaluru Karnataka, India SEASONS SUITES Full time

Liaise with government departments such as BBMP, BDA, KIADB, RERA, BESCOM, Pollution Control Board, Revenue Department, etc.
- Coordinate for obtaining building plan sanctions, trade licenses, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
- Attend meetings, inspections, and hearings with relevant authorities.
- Maintain regular communication with officials to facilitate project-related permissions.
- Keep updated records of all liaison activities and approvals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of local government procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in **Kannada (mandatory)** and working knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel locally for liaison work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Retired government officers preferred** (Revenue, BBMP, BDA, KIADB, Urban Development, or other relevant departments).
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
