- _(Editorial development includes generating content ideas; researching and coordinating editorial ideas; developing style guide for projects; developmental editing, copy editing and proofreading content; coordinating writing and editing assignments, reviewing acquired content, and ensuring compliance to local and global editorial standards and curriculum frameworks)_- Interacting with talented freelance SMEs and editors from around the country and proactively providing feedback on their editing assignments
- Preparation of QA/QC guidelines and checklists for various products
- Periodical training and development of editorial and content teams
- Managing pipeline of projects through planning, resource allocation, scheduling and tracking of work progress
- Understanding user and industry requirements and adapting the approach accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in English,Mathematics.
- Coursework in Editing would be a plus
3-5 years’ experience as a copy editor; experience in teaching and/or experience creating content would be an
