**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase brand loyalty.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or local events.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in field marketing/sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Confident personality with good people skills.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
