**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

2. Create user-centric designs by understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through user research and feedback analysis.

3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.

4. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.

5. Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

7. Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of decision-making.

8. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine design solutions based on feedback and objectives.

9. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.

10. Collaborate with UI developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and process.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.

5. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

8. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive attitude.

10. Passion for learning and continuously improving your design skills and knowledge.
