**KRA Of Tender Executive**1.** Collates and ensures proper documentation process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
**2.** Prepare / write / review the pre-tender & tender submissions.
**3.** Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities.
**4.** Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approval and signoff.
**5.** Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion.
**6.** Preliminary analysis of tender packages and co-coordinating contract negotiation processes
**7.** Coordinate with the respective dept. and document the progress of the tender process.
**8.** Attending Technical/Commercial bid meetings (Pre and post tender).
**9.** Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid.
**10. **Ensure on tender negotiation.
**11.** Obtaining feedback from third party when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
**12.** Provide insight and analyses of forthcoming opportunities, purchasers’ mindsets, best practice and dealing with purchasers.

**Strong IT skills with a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel.
**Excellent attention to detail.
**Ability to edit documentation for accuracy, grammar etc.
**Ability to work to tight deadlines essential.
**Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.

**Should be target and result oriented

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
