We are currently seeking a Business Sys Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Our North America Insurance Business Unit is a leader in the Technology Outsourcing, BPS & Consulting space serving top Insurance carriers and other ecosystem players in the NA markets. Our Insurance practice leverages deep industry expertise to provide insights, solutions and outcomes that our customers need to succeed across all lines of the L&A and P&C markets. We work with our customers to provide Insurance solutions to reduce IT complexity, integrate business strategy with enabling technologies and process optimization, and find the right digital solutions to deliver superior customer service and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track and work on high-priority initiatives for the Insurance Leadership team
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on time and effectively
- Conduct research, prepare reports and presentations, and gather data to support decision-making processes with the leadership team, other practices / partners and third party services providers
- Serve as liaison with key stakeholders across the organization regarding project updates, proposals, business plans, strategic planning and execution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or business analyst type role, preferably with emerging technologies or start-ups
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving and shifting priorities and make quick decisions
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management and reporting tools
- Ability to interface and successfully influence senior executives by being a business partner and trusted advisor who can operate across the enterprise
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time
- 2 senior executive references from past roles
