**Doctor Visits**:

- Visit doctors (General Practitioners, Specialists) in assigned territories to promote the company's pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products.
- Detail products' features, benefits, and effectiveness, including clinical studies, using visual aids and brochures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors to drive prescription generation.
- Organize and assist in medical camps, webinars, and conferences to increase product visibility.
- **
Chemist/Pharmacy Visits**:

- Ensure product availability at retail chemists.
- Collect feedback regarding product movement and competitor analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the continuous supply of promoted products.
- Educate pharmacy staff about new product launches and promotions.
- **
Distributor Visits**:

- Coordinate with distributors to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and promotional deals with distributors.
- Resolve issues related to product availability, distribution, and delivery.
- **
Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Explain scientific information in a simple and convincing way to non-medical professionals.
- **
Sales Targets**:

- Achieve or exceed the assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Plan daily work schedules to maximize doctor visits and chemist/distributor coverage.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
- **
Market Analysis**:

- Collect and report feedback from doctors, chemists, and distributors regarding product performance.
- Analyze the performance of competitors' products in the market and provide recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Report sales data, stock status, and competitor insights to the management team regularly.

**Requirements**:

- ** Educational Qualification**:

- ** Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma) or equivalent qualification**.
- ** Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- ** Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey scientific product information.
- Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
- ** Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler/vehicle.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and distribution networks.
