**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title**: Executive

**Department **:Business Development

**Experience **:2-4yrs In Any Medical field sales

**Education **:Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate in Marketing

**CTC**: 3LPA + Incentives

**AGE** : 24-35Yrs

**Work Location** : Visakhapatnam.

**Job Purpose**: Supporting hospital marketing strategy and execution. Foster relationships with physicians/doctors to improve hospitals referrals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets by on the field promotion, relation & tie ups.
- To assist in formulating marketing strategies with manager and is responsible for implementing them
- To assist in developing and presenting relevant business proposals
- To coordinate for keeping track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
- Has to meet and maintain relations with key clients
- Has to take all the necessary training from the sales manager and others as and when required
- Assists with the preparation of the sales reports
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and must update to the manager towards the proper direction of achieving targets
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies and business.
- consistently track the development of such strategies and their resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Responsible for fair allocation and distribution and achieving of inbound leads
- To organize and Co-Ordinate Medical camps
- To organize and Co-Ordinate CME’s

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
