**Position Title**:Staff Acct I Legal Entity (Open)**

**Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India**

To independently perform staff level accounting & vendor master data management process that deal with Procure to Pay function with normal complexity to support business processes and provide further experience with Caterpillar purchasing practices.

**Job Duties**:

- The area of expertise in the field of Invoice to Pay function relevant to Vendor Master Data Management, Invoice Validation, grief Analysis and payments. Preferable to have hands-on experience on Data Analytics, development and maintenance of internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control documentation Financial Systems SOX Compliance
- Core System knowledge to manage daily operations on ERP/SAP, Xflow tool, Supplier Management Tools and independently Partnering with Delivery Center and collaborate with business Units.
- The Incumbent will review and validate relevant data and data sources, analyze information and provide feedback
- Hands-on experience to use Tableau & Power BI reports and infer business sense for translating the data into actionable business goals and generate reports to provide related commentary.
- Incumbent works on challenging, low to medium risk issues and makes decisions and recommendations as appropriate.
- The Incumbent will demonstrate knowledge and ability to independently handle Vendor master Data management Process by partnering with various Business units and ensuring compliance with the policies & procedures of Invoice to Pay function.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with Business Units and Internal customers and drive effectiveness and efficiency through continues Improvement with use of systems and tools related to Invoice to Pay function.
- Perform audits to validate the accuracy on the vendor master management data.
- Should be conversant with interactive dashboards to analyze and arrive insights for discussion with the service provider.
- Utilizes various systems and techniques to accumulate and process vendor master data and identifies process improvement opportunities within ITP to improve compliance and process efficiency.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and have an expanded knowledge of Caterpillar’s businesses, products, suppliers and customers.

**Background/Experience**
- Should have Bachelor Degree in accounting /Business Administration.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in leadership role handling Invoice to Pay process preferably with the countries located in the Asia Pacific region.
