**Experience : 3-4 yrs**
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to different user roles within the sales team.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, videos, and interactive modules, that effectively convey Salesforce concepts, features, and best practices.
- Create training content that addresses both basic and advanced Salesforce functionalities.
- Offer ongoing assistance and support to sales team members by addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges related to Salesforce usage.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance as needed.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness.
- Assess the impact of training by tracking key performance metrics, such as increased adoption of Salesforce tools, improved data accuracy, and enhanced sales team productivity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, sales operations, or as a Salesforce Administrator is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in using Salesforce and its various modules, with an in-depth understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Patient and approachable demeanor with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to changing needs.
- Analytical mindset to assess training impact and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
