**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of students’ language proficiency in English.
- Designing and delivering customized training programs for students preparing for the
PTE exams.
- Providing guidance and feedback to students on their language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage clients and enhance their language skills.
- Monitoring and tracking students’ progress, and providing regular progress reports.
- Identifying and addressing students’ areas of improvement and providing additional support as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the IELTS and PTE exams and incorporating them into the training programs.
- Managing administrative tasks related to training, such as maintaining attendance records and scheduling classes.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective training process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an PTE Trainer.
- Strong command of the English language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS and PTE exams, including their format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
- Proven track record of success in preparing students for the IELTS or PTE exams, with a high success rate of achieving desired scores.
- Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients of varying language proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
