**Job Description**:
- Responsible for end accounting and reporting work for the client's consolidated financials
- Preparing and posting journal entries in the system
- Preparing and reviewing funding payments for the Group
- Monthly system interfaces and reconciling the same
- Fixed assets accounting
- Group wide intercompany reconciliations
- Liaise with the budget holders and running accrual schedules for the global offices
- along with running monthly cost centre budget variance reports- Monthly debtor creditor schedules run and in depth analysis done for the top 20
- accounts across the Group- Management fee calculations for Global offices and running funding schedules for
- these- Accruing and reconciling Share Based Payments awards and other payroll incentive
- schemes- Running detailed Fx reports every month that get submitted to the auditors and forms
- part of the final audit paper- Preparation of monthly management packs for certain business lines of the Group
- Treasury based reports
- VAT reporting
- Detailed monthly cashbooks
- Annual statutory reports prepared under IFRS for 10+ entities; some prepared
- quarterly for FCA filing- Preparing notes to the final Consolidated Group balance sheet like Fair value
