Housekeeping Assistant

Cleaning and sanitation:Dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitary and free of debris.
- Making beds:Changing bed linens and ensuring beds are properly made for incoming guests.
- Replenishing supplies:Restocking guest rooms with necessary amenities, such as towels, soaps, and other sanitary items.
- Maintenance and safety:Reporting any maintenance issues (like exposed wires or broken fixtures) and following all health and safety rules for a safe environment.
- Guest service:Responding to guest requests and complaints in a polite and knowledgeable manner, enhancing the guest experience.
- Maintaining order:Ensuring rooms are properly set and clean for guest arrivals and are regularly serviced according to hotel standards.
