**Job Summary**:
A Trading Merchant is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the distribution of commodities or products, ensuring profitability and compliance with market regulations. This role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics to optimize the supply chain. Trading Merchants play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with suppliers and buyers, aiming to achieve the best possible terms and ensuring the seamless movement of goods from producers to consumers.

**Responsibilities & Duties: -**
- ⁠ ⁠Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and acquire commodities or products from producers and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- ⁠ ⁠Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, prices, and demand to make informed purchasing and selling decisions.
- ⁠ ⁠Negotiation: Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers and buyers to secure favourable deals and maintain profitability.
- ⁠ ⁠Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and future business opportunities.
- ⁠ ⁠Compliance: Ensure all trading activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including documentation and reporting standards.

**Qualification & Skills**
- ⁠ ⁠Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience: Proven experience in trading, merchandising, or a related field within the commodity
- ⁠ ⁠Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and build lasting partnerships
- ⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills
- ⁠ ⁠Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing trade and commerce
- ⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise during the trading process

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
