**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Promote quality instruction, curriculum enhancement, student success/learning, student retention, and faculty scholarship..
- Communication skill
- Transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques in Hospital Administration.
- Talent to teach and share the experience with the students
- Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry, hospital processes, and HIPAA regulations.
