**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Assist the sales team in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer records in the CRM system.
**Customer Relationship Management (CRR)**:
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM.
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and post-sales support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
**New Business Development (NBD)**:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop outreach strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
**CRM & Sales Reporting**:
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for the sales team through CRM automation.
**Sales Operations & Process Improvement**:
- Support sales team training and onboarding processes.
- Optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- **Proficiency in CRM software**:
- Strong understanding of **New Business Development (NBD)** and **Customer Retention (CRR)** strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Science background
- Experience in B2B sales or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
