**Education** : ITI / Diploma

**Experience** : 2-3 years in CNC Machine Operations

**Essential Skills**:
**CNC Operation Knowledge**:
(a) Familiarity with accessories like tailstock support and jaw settings.
(b) Understanding of operation sequences and jaw preparation for machining.
**Technical Knowledge**:
(c) Selecting tools based on operations, understanding tool holding methods, and determining cutting speeds.
(d) Manual programming using G-codes, T-codes, and M-codes.
**Inspection & Quality Control**:
(e) Knowledge of various inspection instruments and the ability to prepare inspection plans.
(f) Experience in setup approval and selecting operation sequences.
**Drawing Interpretation**:
(g) Ability to interpret technical drawings and assess feasibility for machining requirements.
**Quality Assurance**:
(h) Preparation of quality plans, CAPA for rework/rejection items, and pre-planning for development jobs.
**Responsibility for Quality**:
(i) Commitment to producing high-quality work within specified timelines.
