Plan and execute one-time facility management tasks, such as deep cleaning, maintenance repairs, relocation, or setup of new office areas.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Source and engage with external vendors for specialized facility services like electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, pest control, etc.
- Negotiate terms and rates with vendors for one-time jobs and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Inspect completed tasks to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Identify any issues or areas requiring rework and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all one-time facility management tasks, including job details, costs, vendor information, and completion timelines.
- Allocate necessary resources and manpower for each one-time job.
- Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with budgeting and monitoring expenses for each job to ensure they align with the allocated budget.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
