By using natural, sustainable raw materials we produce advanced and environmentally friendly biochemicals, biomaterials and bioethanol that can replace oil-based products.

**Responsibilities**
The main areas of responsibility include:

- Responsible for reporting technical activities according to standard procedures to global R&D and commercial management
- Responsible for development and implementation of relevant test methods in our lab in India, including training of R&D-personnel.

**Qualifications**
- Postgraduate in Chemistry, preferably 5 years of research experience. A PhD is preferred
- Technical & professional knowledge of surface chemistry and rheology
- Relevant experience in leather tanning, carbon black, sublimation inks, dyes, pigments, emulsions, binders
- Fluency in English, oral and written

- Collaborative skills to be applied in teams in a cross-cultural international organization

- Structured
- A self-starter with the ability to follow through on your commitment
- Exceptional bench skills. Able to convert bench skills to commercial scale
- Willing to travel for field trials and customer support.
