**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce our products or services to potential clients and explain their features and benefits.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Close sales or schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and overcome objections.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
