**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Advising**:
Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, academic programs, and campus life.

Assist students in identifying programs that align with their educational and career goals.

**Application Assistance**:
**Communication**:
Conduct informational sessions and presentations to groups of prospective students.

**Follow-up and Relationship Building**:
Follow up with prospective students to address questions, provide additional information, and support them throughout the decision-making process.

Build and maintain positive relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

**Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students in the admissions database.

Generate reports on admission activities, applicant demographics, and conversion rates.

**Events and Recruitment**:
Participate in college fairs, recruitment events, and open houses to represent the institution and attract potential students.

Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and execute recruitment initiatives.

**Knowledge of Admission Policies**:
Stay informed about the institution's admission policies, academic programs, and scholarship opportunities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the admissions process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student advising, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with educational systems and program requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
